The Welcome Center is open 24/7 and there's always someone available for chatting. Naegi's contact information is also available if he's not around, for any official business (like volunteering or becoming an affiliate).

Aside from helping newcomers settle in and get all the information they need, the Welcome Center is also meant to be a place where people can come and relax. There's technology on the second floor that can turn rooms into familiar places for characters (not exactly like their homes, but similar).

Food and drink are provided in fridges in the cafeteria area and there's also a kitchen where anyone can cook if they want to share food with others.
