[Rinku's usually at these meetings, being an original member and the one who revived the club. You can find her for any club support, such as joining, questions, or setup.

She also shows up this night with a plan, which she announces when she puts down a large tray of diner appetizers ordered from next door at the table.]

I wanna do a big DJ competition! ...Or I guess a small one, I only know three other DJs here besides me. What all ideas do you guys have?

I'm afraid I don't know much about DJ-ing, however, if you need someone to help set up or host, I wouldn't mind taking part that way. I am interested in the production and direction of all kinds of shows, after all~

[Tau is... as close to the exit as possible while still allowing her friend to hear her soft voice.]

I am sorry...if I am not allowed to be here...but...I was wondering...Well...I find I enjoy creative endeavors, and uhm...I don't know much about music...but I would like to learn...and make other creative friends...if possible...

Sorry...if I need to be a musician already...to come here...I-I can leave if that is the case.

[Have you seen the promo posters Rinku makes for their events? They're terrible.]

[Eyes on the snacks, the boy adjacent tilts his head, plucks imaginary notes off his precious, white guitar, then mumbles back—]

Are those something like a party?

Anything can be a party if it's fun enough! But back home, usually the fans in the pit have bracelets that work kinda like penlights, since you set it to the image colour of who you're cheering for. Then the people in charge count the lights in the crowd, and whoever has the most wins.

Even if it means taking his helmet off so he can eat.

Y'know what? I ain't ever done a competition before... sounds a li'l spooky, indie guy like me goin' against folks like yourself.
All I know for sure is we need a big floor for it, for sure. I wanna see a real crowd cheerin' for everyone.

This is White Iris. Rinku encouraged me, so I bought it.

This is my guitar. I made it back home. Err...It ain't got a name. I've always wanted ta name it but nothin' ever fit, y'know?

Anyway, we should rock out sometime!

His is based on a banjo rather than a shamisen, but, y'know... like recognizes like! Hers even has a blade, while his is tipped with spikes... same hat!!]

[Lisia, being new to the Music Club and not as much of a musician as a Coordinator, stays surprisingly quiet. She's letting herself get acclimated to the group before getting too excited.]

I wonder if there are any other idols that come by the club.

Oh, definitely! I mean, there used to be more, but also our restaurant used to be run by an idol! And he came back to Ellipsa eventually! I wonder why we don't have as many idols in Ellipsa as we used to...

Rui Kamishiro | Project Sekai | Spring

[Rui is here for two reasons: to get inspiration, and to see if he can drum up an interest in musical theater.]

Music really is wonderful, isn't it? It's a great way to get your feelings to reach others~

Ren Jinguji | Uta no Prince-sama | Summer

[It's a good thing the meeting is at night, Ren is unfortunately someone who needs to be out at night, after being turned into a vampire. At least it works with him being currently the bartender at Shining Karaoke. Which is what he's doing now, handling drinks.

His features aren't all that different, but he's definitely more pale and his eyes are, hm, sharper? Definitely different from normal.]

Would you like anything? I can even make mocktails.

It's been awhile, Ren-san. How are you doing?

[Rui brings his hand up to his chin in thought.]

I don't know much about mocktails to be honest. But I would like to try one. What kinds do you make?

Thanks a lot, Ren-san! Can you make one of those... I forget what it's called, the one that's pink and then when you put the cotton candy in it turns purple. The one that's popular these days!

[She just serves the drinks, she doesn't remember them.]

[Tau came to the Music Club determined to put herself out there, and figure out where to start with learning a musical instrument. However, now that she's here, she's sitting by the snacks, hoping she doesn't look as nervous as she feels.]

Of course Max is coming to a music club. How could he not? Seriously. His title of Melody Mania wouldn't allow for him to willingly skip it. So he is here, sitting in a nice comfy chair, strumming the strings of his guitar. He is doing a quick tuning of it as he listens to the others talk about music.

"Everything sings, you know. Every atom hums. Every molecule resonates. Everything plays a tune."

Rinku munches on some deep-fried mushrooms and kicks her feet a little.

[That's the kind of thing that Chipp's not completely sure he buys. It makes sense on a scientific level - atoms are constantly in a state of motion, motion generally creates soundwaves, soundwaves have frequency and vibration - but so many people get way deeper about it, attributing it to souls and things...
Despite being literally a soul, Chipp just has a hard time trusting that whole idea.

[Surprising literally no one, Chipp's mainly here because Rinku's invited him... they're both DJs, after all - it makes sense for her to wanna see him at the club!
Music Club, specifically.

... He's currently trying his damnedest not to take up too much space, however; huddled up in a corner with his laptop, a few different devices, and this weird thing, trying to get it all hooked up with one another in a mess of wires.
The whole "not take up space" thing does not seem to be going well. He's trying very hard!!

But this does mean there'll definitely be big ol' wires laying around to be tripped over, or things like loop pedals and such piled on nearby chairs, or just Chipp, Generally In The Way... whoops.]

... Maybe I oughtta get me one o' them hammerspace bags...

Yeah, those are really useful! I brought my percussion collection in with mine. Sometimes I can even fold up the whole DJ booth!
