All those months of work are paying off, and Rinku and Mary have moved to Solarpeak! Their new house, a beach-stilt-style house in walking distance from the Summer Guild building, is bright inside and out, and today there are balloons and games set up underneath the house and a wide-open door up the stairs leading into it.

Anyone who knows Rinku and/or Mary will have been invited to party; housewarming gifts are accepted but not required, and food is provided, ordered in from nearby restaurants. The bedrooms are closed but everywhere else is open, and if you need to get away from the party, you can go sit outside... or if Mecchan isn't scared of you, he might let you chill in his room for a while. Otherwise, have fun with the games, the art room, the music room, the food, and anything else!

It's not quite like that - my glasses and my flower were gifts directly from the Abnormalities because I made them happy, [she has the flower back on!] but the suit was like... made from the essence of Child of the Galaxy's power, kind of? It feels like them.

Basically! EGO suits and weapons have a thing called EGO Corruption, where if your mind isn't strong enough, you can get influenced by the Abnormality they were made from?

[Rinku isn't sure if it counts enough that it wouldn't work on her, either.]

Kinda, yeah. That's why you have to be a more veteran employee to use the stronger EGO suits.

-I've never experienced EGO Corruption. Even when I was withdrawing from everyone else, I was still strong enough to stay myself. So you don't have to worry about me, but you probably shouldn't try to wear my suit yourself, either.

Okay. [gulp] I know mind control still works on me, so I'll try and be careful.

[Hina squeaks and tilts her head. She picks up another crayon and then spits it out.]

They're not food, they're art supplies!

They probably taste like wax. ...But I guess it's hard to draw when you don't have hands.

[Hina contemplates this and picks up the crayon.]

Try moving it around on the paper! ...I guess it'll probably just be a scribble, but I don't wanna leave her out. Mecchan's hiding from the crowd or I'd ask him to help too.

Oh, yeah, the party's probably a bit much for Mecchan, huh... I could've brought Misu but she's kind of a homebody.

Maybe I can bring them over to visit again sometime? Then Misu-chan won't feel lonely.

[Hina scribbles a yellow blob on the paper. Rinku puts a hand out as a bumper to keep her from colouring over Evangeline's art.]

She'd like that! And so would I. I like parties, but spending some time just with us is nice, too.

Then it's a deal! I kinda need to rest more anyway. Usagi-chan keeps saying I'm working too hard... and I kinda-sorta might have almost fallen asleep on the floor at work.

Yeah... I've still been going to fun things, it's okay! But I've been putting a lot of work in between the bar and quests. Maybe I really should take a break... Just for a little bit.
