No, our Acting Grandmaster isn't here. I wouldn't be surprised if she did show up though, as we currently have you and myself. Our lovely Chief Alchemist, Albedo. Master Diluc, the Traveler, Venti, and Fischl. I have met both Kamisato Ayato and Ayako from Inazuma as well. I believe I have also seen a handful of others from other nations as well.
[He had not caught their names yet, but he will eventually.]
Albedo, Diluc, and myself are staying in Sunwaning. Fischl is in Frostreign. And, of course, Venti is Venti and staying wherever it is bards like him stay.
I see ... ( Amber rests a gloved hand on her chin in thought. So, no Jean ... and by the sounds of it, no Eula either. Darn. It doesn't hurt to check though, right? )
I'll just go ahead and assume Eula's not here too, huh ... ( It's fine. She'll be fine. ) Hmm. What's it like where you live, Kaeya?
Sunwaning straddles the autumn and summer areas, so the weather can be a little unpredictable but nothing too terrible so far. Just be sure to have a coat for the evenings. It looks like Inazuma, actually. Have you ever been there?
Inazuma. Sunwaning looks a bit like it, but I suppose that means nothing to you at this point. Would you like me to show you?
[May as well give her a bit of a tour. If she decided to stay, then all of the Knights, former and not, would be in one location. Easy enough for Jean, Rosaria, and Eula to find. Along with any others like Lisa or Mika.]
( A peek at somewhere resembling Inazuma sounds great, actually! And it's so nice to be in the company of someone familiar. Amber returns the practise bow that she was using before letting her hair fall free after untying her ponytail. )
[Kaeya was patient as he waited for her to put the stuff away. Then, he led her out to where Umbra was hanging out. Given Dayrise used primarily chariots to get around, it wasn't difficult to find a place for Umbra to stay.
He untied her and let the pure black horse to Amber.]
It will be faster if we ride. [Hooking his foot into the stirrup, Kaeya was up and onto the horse easily. Then, he got his foot out of the stirrup for Amber to use but he also held his hand out to her.] Hop on.
( How exciting! Amber hasn't ridden a horse in forever! ) 'Kay! ( She places a foot in the stirrup, taking Kaeya's hand and using the momentum to push herself up over his horse's body and into the saddle. It's a good thing she weighs as much as a sack of flour. )
[Once she seemed settled, Kaeya got his foot back in the stirrup and off they went!
It was at an easy canter, no need to gallop and wear out Umbra for a small trip. Besides, the scenic route was always pretty, in his opinion. Eventually, the Dayrise architecture gave way to the Inazuman-esque of Sunwaning and Kaeya slowed Umbra down to trot and then eventually to just a casual walk.]
And here we are. As you can see, like Dayrise, they like their horses. It's why I decided on this place and likely Master Diluc as well. His horse is stabled here as well. But aside from that, it's also known for it's fashion. So, there's quite a few textile shops around here.
[And another reason why Kaeya liked it. He was flashy in his own style for a reason, although he had not picked up too many outfits yet.]
( As the city comes into view, Amber can't help but look around in awe - basking in how beautiful everything is. )

I rode a little bit when I was small, but Outrider training focuses more on keeping your feet on the ground. I spent most of my time running, climbing and gliding ... but not riding. ( Sigh! ) Well, I'd definitely be happy to take on a new challenge, especially since I can't do much Outriding here.
Well, they have opened their borders. Perhaps you can convince Jean to give you a vacation when we get home?

It's a nice thought, but honestly, I don't think a vacation will be on my cards once we're back in Mondstadt. For all the time I've taken off from being here, I'll have to jump straight back into my duties.

Hah, too true. But that also depends if the time here is the same in Teyvat. It has come to many of our attention that there are those who are here after death. Not to mention, you arrived a couple weeks after myself, Albedo, and Master Diluc and yet, you have yet to mention noticing our absence.

So, I think it is safe to say that you can still get your requested vacation. At least when they have their Irodori Festival. I missed the last one and I am quite sad about that.

[Kaeya wasn't at all surprised that it didn't take much to get Amber to agree. He let out a small laugh and led Amber into the izakaya once Umbra was secured and there was water nearby. It was technically a bar, but it had the option for private seating and public. The tables were long and low, and there was definitely food being cooked to go with the drinks. Kaeya opted for private seating this time around, he knew Amber was a bit of a lightweight so he would be nice and save her from possibly being obnoxious in front of others.

I think I'll have the plum wine for now while we browse the menu, if you please. Amber, how about yourself? They have a lovely selection here.
Plum wine has a sweet taste to it given it's made of plums and sugar.
[Whereas Dandelion wine was a fair bit bitter given the herbal concoction it was made from.
Nonetheless, Kaeya agreed that food would be wise. While Kaeya has had drinks on an empty stomach before (given his small appetite), it really wasn't the best. He got himself some yakitori. Can't go wrong with chicken skewers!]

I doubt there are any. I've yet to see anyone glide. But there is law enforcement, so if you really want go by the book, I suggest talking to them.
