Ugh, now I'm going to feel even more like I'm slacking off! ( It'll take very little to twist her arm, though. ) ... But, okay. I'm sure one little drink won't hurt. ( Once Kaeya's horse is tied up outside, Amber will happily follow him into the bar. Or pub. Whichever sort of venue he's chosen for them! )
[Kaeya wasn't at all surprised that it didn't take much to get Amber to agree. He let out a small laugh and led Amber into the izakaya once Umbra was secured and there was water nearby. It was technically a bar, but it had the option for private seating and public. The tables were long and low, and there was definitely food being cooked to go with the drinks. Kaeya opted for private seating this time around, he knew Amber was a bit of a lightweight so he would be nice and save her from possibly being obnoxious in front of others.
He sat down with a grunt and took a look at the menu.]
I think I'll have the plum wine for now while we browse the menu, if you please. Amber, how about yourself? They have a lovely selection here.
Plum wine has a sweet taste to it given it's made of plums and sugar.
[Whereas Dandelion wine was a fair bit bitter given the herbal concoction it was made from.
Nonetheless, Kaeya agreed that food would be wise. While Kaeya has had drinks on an empty stomach before (given his small appetite), it really wasn't the best. He got himself some yakitori. Can't go wrong with chicken skewers!]

I doubt there are any. I've yet to see anyone glide. But there is law enforcement, so if you really want go by the book, I suggest talking to them.

It's sparkling white wine and dandelion wine mixed together, so it's bitter and has quite a bite to it. It's also much stronger than this. [He swirled his glass of wine around.] But I do enjoy how sweet this is, especially because it's not too sweet.
( She can get wasted. As a treat. Neither of them have work tomorrow! )
Mmm ... you know me so well! ( Nom nom nom. ) I really should've, I was just so concerned with finding anyone I knew that the thought of finding tasty food didn't even cross my mind. I guess when it boils down to it, I'll always prefer good company over good food.
( But this food was definitely worth the wait! )
I mean, no offence to you or anything Kaeya, a name like "Death After Noon" doesn't sound too appealing to me. I imagine it would taste like ... well, death! But after hearing a description of it, I maaaay be inclined to change my mind. Ehehe!
Well, that's fairly reasonable. Of course, of all my luck, the first person I ran into was Master Diluc. Luckily, I caught him on a good day so it was fairly amicable.
[And emotional, to say the least. But like hell he was going to go into detail because he wanted to keep what he realized about his powers between just the two of them.
He pulled another piece of chicken and veggies off the skewer as he listened, snorting softly in laughter as he chewed.]
You should know by now the names are just that. Where's the fun if they all had boring names? 'One mixture of sparkling wine and dandelion wine, please.' [He shook his head, sipping the plum wine.] No, that just wouldn't do. Although, if you really want to try a cocktail that is sure to delight, try Diona's concoctions. She always manages to make very tasty drinks despite how much she hates alcohol.
( Amber giggles with glee, putting her fork down after finishing her meal. It certainly didn't take her long to get through that! )

( She dabs her mouth with a napkin while muffling her laugh, before reaching for her glass of wine. ) It's just, of all the things, I wouldn't associate sparkling wine and dandelion wine with a word like "death"! It sounds pretty light and magical. ( Smiling, she swirls her glass. ) Like ... "dandelion ... sparkle..." is the sort of name I'd give a drink like that!
( She bubbles out more gentle laughter. Is a certain Outrider feeling a little bit tipsy? Mayhaps! But she's cute, so she's allowed. )
Oooh, Diona! I haven't been to her place in forever. We'll have to go together once we're home. In the meantime, we'll just have to familiarise ourselves with the best bars in this place!
