[To be fair, there wouldn't be much to parse, anyway. Purple's entire expression is made of two little pinpricks of light on a background of void - frankly, people are lucky that their eyes are somewhat expressive, at least.

I... do not remember the last time I was touched by anyone without a barrier between myself and them. ... Well, no -
I recently wrapped a finger around that of someone else so that I could test this realm's magic.

[A single finger. And it was done with so much trepidation that even Nenonen was concerned for them.]

But before then, it must have been many, many centuries. Perhaps thousands of years.
It's far in the past, beyond what I can remember.
So I ask that you be a bit... gentle with me, as you take my measurements. I am not sure how it will feel.
