The Wonder☆Blooming Stage is set for a DJ competition. Rinku had solicited entries and advertised on the network, and then put up posters around town. (As for their quality... graphic design is her passion.) Everyone's got a slot to perform for 20 to 30 minutes while the crowd can listen and party with one another. The DJs themselves can join in with the party too while others' sets are on.

After the whole competition is done, there's an afterparty with local food brought in like maple deer and roasted vegetables... and tons of donuts too! It wouldn't be Rinku if she didn't want to party with everyone.

Annie's catching on to this being a phrase of Rinku's, and not probably something casually said all over her home country.

"Happy... Around." Annie repeats, lifting her eyebrows but not sounding too much like she's questioning it. The sparkles were a bit mystifying still, but far from the strangest thing around. "May you continue to be happy around."

Rinku nods excitedly. "You too! That's what it is, after all! Happiness going around everyone around you and then coming back around to you again."

Giving to the world what you want to have come back around to you. It's such a concept rooted in peace it's almost impossible to respond to for a moment. Then that moment passes.

"Nicer than most things I've heard people being willing to give each other. I'll keep it in mind." She glances toward the voting area, lifting her eyebrows. "Is it about time for everything to be tallied?"

Rinku nods. "They count up the votes by colour and stuff. I think it'll be good whatever happens! Everyone was amazing! I wanna do this again some time."

Annie nods in turn. "Let me know when you do. It'd be interesting to hear everyone making music again whenever that is."

She will by that time be more familiar with the music styles, and perhaps hearing them better as melodies and less like collections of sounds strung together in unfamiliar ways.

"Thanks, Annie-chan! You're gonna have tons of fun, I promise!"

Already planning the next show. Possibly the next five.

"If you say so. See you after the voting's done, hm?" She lifts a hand for a little wave, wanting to let Rinku get back to the other, more vibrantly excited folks around.
