All those months of work are paying off, and Rinku and Mary have moved to Solarpeak! Their new house, a beach-stilt-style house in walking distance from the Summer Guild building, is bright inside and out, and today there are balloons and games set up underneath the house and a wide-open door up the stairs leading into it.

Anyone who knows Rinku and/or Mary will have been invited to party; housewarming gifts are accepted but not required, and food is provided, ordered in from nearby restaurants. The bedrooms are closed but everywhere else is open, and if you need to get away from the party, you can go sit outside... or if Mecchan isn't scared of you, he might let you chill in his room for a while. Otherwise, have fun with the games, the art room, the music room, the food, and anything else!

That sounds like a complicated physics thing that I don't really get at all, but that's even more amazing, isn't it?

It's probably more of a Sky Magic thing, I can sense the movement of the air with a level of detail that would be impossible for most people... Wait, does that count as cheating?!

I dunno! I mean, if you can do it then all the Springs can too, and they're allowed.

Can they? I know they can manipulate wind, but I haven't heard anything about them being able to sense it with the same level of detail that I do.

Huh...I have no idea. But it's still you being really good at something, right? So maybe someone else could if they tried!

Maybe, but my Sky Magic and the Spring Magic aren't the same thing. There are plenty of wind wizards in Earthland, and the only one I've met that can sense the air like me is Chelia.

But even if you think Springs can't ever be as strong as you, aren't there also all kinds of other powers here too?

I-I never said that! I've just never seen any evidence that they can sense the air in the same way as me! I'm sure they're plenty strong in other ways!

[That's about when Deeney comes down and lands an Astonish on Wendy's head, with another coming Rinku's way.]

It's fine. Deeney doesn't like it when I get too flustered, and she's plenty willing to make her displeasure known. She's a lot like Charla, except more physical.

Sounds kinda like Eve-san's Snivy. He always gets mad if you upset her or anything, no matter what.

At least it's pretty clear that it's coming from a place of worry. She only does it whenever I get too worked up or down on myself, and it's a pretty weak move. It's really more surprising than it is painful.
