[And to prove his point he adjusts his cloak so he can show her his hands and legs, all very human-like. The only bird-like quality to him is his head, oddly enough!]
[If he must, he will tug at his collar, showing her the part where human neck melds into bird neck. What looks like a mask is actually his skin, save for the red choker he wears around his neck.]
Before you ask, this is normal in my world. We have special abilities called Quirks, and sometimes they change your appearance. I have been like this since I was little.
