[ Is it Thoma's turn to gush because he will gush all day about the Kamisato clan if given the chance. ]
Oh- well, I work for the Kamisato clan, who are in charge of the Yashiro Commission, one of the three major commissions that oversee just about all of Inazuma. They're in charge specifically of cultural events and locations, like organizing festivals and managing shrines.
Lord Ayato Kamisato is the head of the clan and although young, has done a wonderful job in handling many of the government-related tasks given to the commission.
Lady Ayaka Kamisato manages a lot of the affairs of the clans and serves as a more public facing figure for the commission. She's well regarded within Inazuma for her poise and grace and has perfectly fulfilled her role in being an organizer and planner several times over.
I've been lucky enough to have earned the role of Chief Retainer to them both, so I'm often tasked with keeping the estate running while they're busy with their tasks. It's a huge honor, considering I haven't been in Inazuma myself since birth.
( Amber's eyes are certainly sparkling while he explains - and her smile never once leaves her face. )
Incredible...! So you've got a pretty important role, huh? That's so cool! Your job sounds incredible! From how enthusiastic you sound while explaining it, I can tell you must really enjoy your duties a lot. I love that!
Just hearing all of this has definitely made me want to visit Inazuma! I hope one day I'll get the chance to ... it's been so long since I left Mond! As much as I love Mond, there's just something so special about visiting a new place! My Grandfather is from Liyue, but I haven't been there in such a long time. It seems that you and I both know how it feels to be connected to two places.
[ Her words about him specifically flusters him a bit, he's much more used to turning the attention toward how amazing his bosses were, so to have the focus kept on him catches him a bit off guard. All the same, he has to admit he likes it a bit. It feels nice, hearing his own efforts and passion in his job being recognized. ]
I enjoy them immensely. I couldn't imagine myself doing anything else by this point.
But you should come to Inazuma! I'd be happy to show you around to all the best spots.
[ And quietly hide away the darker sides of Inazuma that weren't as friendly to foreigners, but she didn't need to know that part. ]
[ Her having roots in Liyue though... that is quite the interesting surprise. And she's right, it does pluck at a part of him that feels a bit of relief in meeting someone who carried a similar feeling to him in having two places in Teyvat they felt close to. ]
Seems like we're two peas in a pod there. But Liyue's not too far from Mondstadt, right? You could make a visit out there.
