[Misumi is exploring the city alone. There's a heavy feeling in his chest that he gets when he's alone, but it can't be helped. He focuses as best he can on the something he can do...which is rebuild his triangle stash. He only has one triangle right now. His most important triangle.]

Hey. Do you wanna help me look for triangles?

Solarpeak-Mid Feb- OTA

[Wandering around has led Misumi to Solarpeak. He's getting hungry, so he's searching for something to eat.]

I wish there were onigiri nearby...

[Or really any triangle food. He holds his stomach as it rumbles.]

Solarpeak, Summer Guild-Mid Feb-OTA

[tri_tri_trianglian]

[Misumi has found his way to the Summer Guild. He only really comes in because he needs a break from Solarpeak's heat. Without really understanding how, he winds up in a training room. It reminds him that someone had mentioned to him that he has powers here. He holds out his hand, palm up and tries to use his Summer power. He creates fire.]

[It's more like a teardrop shaped ball of fire, but close enough I guess.]

( The guild is something of a frequent haunt for Kate, the training rooms offering both reprieve from the heat of the summer segment and a place to stop sucking at magic.

Because, really, if a girl is going to have the ability to create fire and move things with her mind, she's going to take advantage of it. It's easily the most fun part of this whole thing.

Point being that she is currently sitting cross-legged on the floor of the training room, staring intently at the pillow placed opposite her. It can't be that hard to lift a pillow with her mind, right? She just needs to— )

...Fuck.

( Well. It did move, shooting up off the floor and towards a bundle of fire currently held by a guy she doesn't recognise.

Crap. She grimaces, reaching out her hands as if that will help her direct the flare of power out of the path of an open flame. It... does not. Because why would anything ever go right, really?

Ah.

[In a flash Misumi jumps over the pillow in a parkour move, fire dispelling as he loses focus on it. When he lands he looks behind him to see what had been flying at him, and then to the person on the floor.

He picks up the pillow, but doesn't hand it back to her yet, instead he squishes it lightly between his hands a couple of times.]

Why did you throw this at me?

[His tone is pure curiosity.]

( ... Welp. That's one more person to add to the list of parkour-heads around here. Maybe that other version of herself wasn't wrong in making a parkour gym, if that other world was anything like this one. It's impressive, though, enough that Kate lets out a low whistle.

Nice reflexes, dude.

But, since it seems like he isn't just going to throw it back, she hops to her feet and strides over with a huff, reaching for it. )

[Misumi hands it back to her when she reaches for it. He frowns because he recognizes the irritated tone and assumes he's done something wrong somewhere. But he can't figure out where so he brushes that thought aside.]
