Mukuro | LOST ITEM THREAD | Mid-March
Of course, there were no corpses here, and most of what was scattered on the ground was worthless - thought he did ensure to pick up a few pretty rocks here and there, reminding himself to find a jar at some point for them, when something shiny caught his eye.
There, a necklace - a beautiful one, at that. Byleth picked it up but didn't pocket it, looking about himself to see if its owner was nearby. If this were a battlefield, he wouldn't have thought twice about stowing it in his satchel, but out in the open street, he should make an effort first to find the owner before claiming it.
So, he'll walk along the street, the necklace held loosely in his hand, as he tried to identify someone who seemed particularly harried or openly searching for something specific, and approach them to ask if the necklace was theirs.]

Her necklace had long since lost the power it used to hold in the world of Empathias. However, it was important. It still represented the important memories of that world, after all. And Mukuro couldn't let that go.
So she rushed back to the scene, wanting to get there before it got dark- and it wasn't long after she arrived and started searching the rubble, that she noticed another person wandering over to her.]
...Hello. Ah-
[Was that...?]

[Straight to the heart of the matter, Byleth held out the necklace for examination, the pendant dangling from his gloves fingers.]

Yes, that's mine- where did you find it?
[Reaching out to take it back- hopefully he'd return it without a fuss. She did have two combat knives at her belt, so that was at least something of an indication she could fight, should he care to look.]

I found it amongst the rubble. I assumed someone had dropped it whilst escaping from the animated statues. Were you hurt during that?
