WHO: Rinku, Rui, you?
WHAT: Christening a new boat and inadvertently causing passersby to pop into other people's minds
WHEN: March 31 (after all the fourth wall visitors are gone and Nega-Ellipsa is closed, but while the End-of-Winter Festival is still going on)
WHERE: A beach in Solarpeak
WARNINGS: Stupid and harmless magic intrusive thoughts
[A) the actual boat adventure -- Rinku and Rui, plus anyone who stops by]
[It was a fun training excursion, something to get the mind off of the worst things that had happened in Nega-Ellipsa. Rinku had invited Rui to help her get the ship ready and practise all the stuff they'd both started to learn about sailing!
Of course, a crowd is likely to draw, and not just because the festival's still on so bonfires and dancing are everywhere. It's not every day an entire ship appears by one of the docks, much less with glittery orange sails and a sparkle-eyed figurehead.]
Hmm... So what do you know about ships?
[B) for passersby and their friends and enemies]
[So they didn't have any alcohol, but they did have some bottles of a fairy dust set, and the black ones looked very pretty. The hull of the new ship was christened with some black Glitter Force Doki Doki.
Anyone nearby on the beach or who otherwise had the dust carried to them on the wind will suddenly have the person they were thinking about at the time, start uncontrollably thinking about them. Maybe in a friendly way. Maybe crushing on them. Maybe plotting against them! Whatever they already feel -- the potion doesn't change people's feelings, it just makes them think about someone.
What they do with that is up to them.]
