WHAT: The comings and goings of people at the Research Center

[The most notable building in Nightwake is the huge research center where Otherworlders start their journey. It's both a place to study magic as well as a place to develop technology. Additionally it's also the place where all the weather in the middle district gets determined. The building is, for good reasons, the most highly secured place in all of Ellipsa.
There are various departments, including general technology, mecha suits, medical, flora and fauna, linguistic and many others. And with such a variety within one place, there are usually interactions taking place. They can vary depending on the people or area but perhaps someone is trying to work on a research project involving potions or maybe someone accidentally caused a mini explosion kept to a small corner, who knows. Such a place known to be a hub can have its moments, right?]
