WHO: Zorua and You!
WHAT: A tiny creature appears!
WHEN: July
WHERE: Around the city
WARNINGS: None
[Zorua was completely lost.
It makes sense for him to be lost. He's brand new, doesn't really know anything about the city. And he's been running around for what feels like hours, not really getting anywhere he needs to be. He knows the basics of why he's here, but it still doesn't make much sense to him. All he knows is that he's been running this long and he still hasn't found his Meema.
But she's gotta be somewhere in this city. They can't be separated again... right?
Anyone nearby will see a panicked fox-like critter running around, and they may hear a young voice in their head.]
Meema! Meema, are you here? Where are you?!

Meema! Meema, are you here? Where are you?!

Sunwaning
Cease the yelling inside my mind, creature. What exactly is a Meema?
Re: Sunwaning
Meema takes care of me! We were on a boat together, and now I can't find her!
Re: Sunwaning
Did you receive one of those magic mirror devices they call a phone when you arrived?
no subject
Yeah! I did!
[Zorua walks over to a nearby trash can, and drags out a small phone.]
Is this it? I was gonna throw it away.
no subject
[Narinder kneels down and holds out his hand.]
Throwing it away is not a good idea. You will need it. As much as I hate this technology, it is useful.
[He helps turn it on and shows Zorua how to see the network at least.]
Do you see this Meema? Or hear her voice?
no subject
B-but that doesn't mean anything! She probably threw away her thing too! And she can't really talk either... at least not to other people.
[It's starting to dawn on Zorua that she may not be here... but he doesn't want to believe that's true.]
no subject
It is troublesome but useful.
[Sorry Zorua. Narinder isn't great with the emotional support. He just pushes the phone toward the strange fox and stands up.]
You will need shelter and food to survive here. The false gods provide it and you use this magic mirror phone to access it.
no subject
Okay! I'll just... wait until she comes here!
... This thing gives food?
no subject
[Narinder isn't sure why he feels compelled to help this small fox. Something about them being separated from this Meema just hits too close to home.]
Do you fear being alone?
no subject
[...]
But I do miss her a lot. We were taken by bad people before, and we got separated and now... she's gone again.
no subject
My temple is not far from here. You may take shelter there.
no subject
[It's not quite a thank you, but it's a thank you.]
Does this mean we're friends?
no subject
Yes. This can mean we are friends.
no subject
I'll come visit a lot, now that we're friends!
no subject
[What is it with everyone in this world and wanting to be friends? It can't be helped. Perhaps this little fox will prove useful one day.]
What do you eat? Do you enjoy berries?
no subject
Ah - excuse me. Did you just arrive?
no subject
[While it's true that not everyone arrives together, they wouldn't get separated again. Right?]
no subject
[This is terrible news to give to a child of any kind, but lying would be worse.]
no subject
But I was just with her! And I worked so hard to be with her again! They wouldn't take her away again. She's gotta be here!
no subject
[It's technically possible that she might be here...]
no subject
no subject
[She could always come later - it's certainly possible.]
no subject
[He says that, but he's not really all that certain.]
What's your name?
no subject
Kantera. What might yours be?

Megumi is around with two of her own Pokemon - a Quaxly and a Ditto - before she finds herself pausing at the sound of a voice in her head.
It's been quite some time since she's actually heard that sort of thing that it gets her to whirl a bit.]
Oi. Yer lookin' fer someone, ain'tcha?
no subject
Yeah! My Meema - she was just with me!
no subject
The Ditto just continues to stare at the Zorua with its empty eyes of theirs.]
Hmm... ya remember where ya last saw her?
no subject
[Zorua's interested in the Quaxly - he'll approach and give a little sniff!]
no subject
[The clues haven't exactly clicked in for her yet, it seems.
The Quaxly doesn't seem to mind, giving a small quack as she smugly allows herself to be sniffed.]
no subject
The only kind of creatures that can poke about in heads are gods, as far as this worm knows. Leshy screeches in alarm, flailing at the air.]
EH!? Cast yourself from my skull, befouled divinity! You know not what horrors you pry into!
no subject
You're really funny!
no subject
I’ve laid waste to lesser gods than you, little mind gnat!!
no subject
[He's got an ego on him, that's for sure.]
no subject
Yet you leave me unchallenged. Come, leave your throne of cowardice and face me as true equals, voice of the mind!
no subject
Here I am!
no subject
Liar. You dare send this vessel before me and hide your face?!
