[ Quest ] Art Imitates Life

[ There's s so much about this that is surprising to him that he would like to study at a later time. He knows there's a lot of magic he's not explored yet, but he would like to know what it is that allows children's drawings to spring from paper and roam about. Not only that, but why are they taking on aggressive personality traits? He has a lot he wants to learn, but in order to learn it, he's going to have successfully wrangle one, and the first one he encounters is some sort of… dog…? He's not really sure.

But it's fighty and mean. He's dealing with a dog that when he gets close at all, it splits. And then if he keeps his distance and tries to surprise it, it snaps at him - then runs. Part of him thinks it is playing with him. It would be silly to keep trying the same thing, so instead he just keeps his distance and follows it. ]

Maybe if I lure it with dog treats…?

[ Then he could at least get close enough. ]

Wah, it's cute!

[Rinku is going around with a piece of paper too, and Mecchan perched on her shoulder. He looks terrified of the weird dog, but Rinku is sparkling like normal.]

Maybe it eats Creature Treats, since it's not a normal dog? Mop-chan always likes those.

[ Quest ] A Match Maiden Heaven

[ This seemed very straightforward, but Albedo knew better than to think that it actually would be. If people were encased in ice, that meant something did it. And if something did it and there's no report of what it was - then that meant that it wasn't caught yet. So he went into the cave wary and ready with whatever magic was needed on hand.

When they launch the first attack, Albedo shifts, working to summon his recently learned shield to help protect against any magic that gets launched at them. He's not perfected it yet since he's not used it much, but it should at least last through an attack or two. ]

Careful – you okay?! They'll probably not give us much of a break.

[ He glances towards his questing companion. They probably already know to not expect much of a break, but he'll still warn them. He realizes, after he speaks, that he should probably consider telepathy as an option to talk with them. So not to raise any alert from the maidens. ]

[ Quest ] Birch Please

[ He currently had three Ents that he had been dealing with - or trying to deal with. Albedo has been working through a few different strategies. He's been met with a lot of resistance in the process and is beginning to show signs of getting a little frustrated because he's using restraint in order to not make the problem worse. He's trying to do whatever he can to avoid causing more trouble with something like fire. He knows it would work - of course, they're trees. But he worries with the erratic movement of the creatures it could do some real damage not only to him but others there fighting.

He retreats back a little bit to regroup. ]

I'm open to new ideas. I have a couple but – [ So far, none of his has been super successful on his own. He has others here to help, why not rely on them a little? ]
