[Open Log] Feels like the first time losing control

WHAT: Jean is usually a calm werewolf.

When Jean first got the werewolf curse it had been hard to get used to it. However, as months passed by it had started to become more of a 'relax at home' kind of a time. His werewolf curse was minor and he mostly acted like a curious, excitable cub. He rarely even ran off the yard since being at home calmed him down with the familiar people, animals and the scents.

It had been the same now. First night had gone fine, just as he expected. Usually he was more taken by his wolf side on the 'actual' full moon night, so he spend time sitting on their house's yard, practicing using his enhanced senses.

This month, however, as the full moon appeared on the sky, something felt different. The wolf in him was restless and felt more alert than usual. The sense of something being wrong was overpowering. That he was somehow not in full strenght and thus was in danger. How could he defend himself or his pack if he was injured? How had he gotten injured this badly?

His wolf ears were flat on his head and he was showing off his fangs. He was also doing something he had never done previously which was growling in a threathening way at all the people who were passing by their house. Anyone stopping closeby to see what was going on was given a death stare and he was ready to bounce on the threats.



[OOC: wildcards to the day after are also fine. I'm assuming he doesn't actually attack anyone badly/is stopped before he can, since I just want to give him a little scare of losing control over his werewolf side due to being injured, which doesn't happen often

Also he's human, but has wolf ears, tail, fangs and longer nails.]

[She's a Hunter.

Of course, that didn't bring her to Sunwaning in the first place -- that was just a matter of trying to get a good sense of her surroundings. But if there's someone who will see a monster and try to make sure it isn't going to cause any problems, she's there. Which brings her to outside the gate, a small teenage girl with a whip coiled on a belt at her side and a bag over her shoulder.]

[Seeing a weapon really doesn't help with how anxious Jean is. He growls deeper but backs off a little, clearly protecting his chest while keeping an eye on the stranger.]

Stay away...

[Of course. Too many other Hunters fought supernatural beings just because of what they were -- of course he'd have experience with that. She frowns, but stands her ground outside and doesn't move.]

I know not what experience you have with Hunters, but I will not attack unless you present enough of a threat. Tell me, what are you after?

[The word hunter makes Jean's ears flatten even more. It makes him uneasy.]

This is my territory. I'm protecting it.

[Kokoro blinks, and what comes out of her next is unfiltered Modern Teenager.]

[Jean huffs, still looking very uncomfortable around her.]

What do you want?

Nothing! Save for the safety of the neighbourhood I happened to be walking through, which was why I started asking questions.

Then you can move along. I'm only protecting my territory.

[Even if Jean did occasionally look like he might bounce on random bypassers he hadn't. Not unless they actually attacked first or moved suspiciously.]
