The little punch and chastisement does make him snicker a little more, but Erwin just gives Levi a squeeze, luxuriating in the feel of him in his arms, and noses into his hair. Does he still smell a bit like creature? Maybe, but Erwin certainly isn't going to let him know that...yet.

He presses his lips to the top of Levi's head anyway.

"Mm. This place works in strange ways, doesn't it? As adorable as you were, I'm glad your ordeal is over. Especially because it means I won't have to eat the peach cake all on my own."

He could, but it's better that he doesn't.
