I would want to forget it too. That kind of thing isn't easy on anyone and I wouldn't want someone like you to go through it.

( Claude doesn't have time to pursue it further, though, because she's easing him closer and he's wondering if he can kiss her or not. It seems questionable but he thinks he'll wait a bit and see what his chances are. )
