[ This Is Normal! And incredibly effective. The skeletons are so focused on Nen and the clothes they wave around that they have almost no interest in Oryou. The skeletons are easy to pick off like this, although Nen does have to run around a little bit with these big, hopping steps on account of all the snow. ]
