Hazel is happy for the attention. Jean walks over to the kitchen, greeting Sakura (the Norwegian Forest Cat) on the way with a small kiss on her forehead, and then goes to get them both a glass of water.

"I guess Maru's taking a nap somewhere. He's got to get all the puppy sleep."

Maru was still the smallest, after all.
