Erwin doesn't let go, though it's more out of surprise -- he hadn't realized everywhere the stickiness had gotten to Levi, but once he's taken care of his face, he'll gently wipe off his hands. Levi has nice hands, he thinks. They're small but clever - and strong, as he's realizing.
