It doesn't hurt - if anything, it tickles, so the touch just makes him giggle a little, squirming a bit.

Another radiating smile overtakes him when Levi says his name, a warm fluttery feeling in his chest kind of like the little lightning bugs in his jar. He nods, bumps their shoulders gently together.

"Yeah!" They are friends. Erwin reaches out, draws a circle around their names, then lines radiating outward from the circle, like a sun, or a starburst. He looks at it, toes curling in the sand. It looks right.
