[ The past week, Ayaka and Aether made an announcement on the network, inviting everyone interested to make friends and meet new people to the shinrin-yoku teahouse the following weekend. Well, this is it! The time has come! ]

Welcome
🌸 shinrin-yoku seems like a simple tea house upon entering, with a large wooden sliding door that's already opened for guests to enter.

Ayaka will be the one to personally greet her guests, offering three possible areas for seating– the traditional Inazuman set up, the space for where you can let your legs down and not kneel while seated, or outside in the gardens. Familiar faces may be abound, and guests may like to walk around and see the interior, perhaps even say hello to the manager who is walking around and sniffing people here and there.

For future endeavours, Ayaka informs guests that they may use the shinrin-yoku for business gatherings and meetings. Members of Ayato's committee are more than welcome to use the shinrin-yoku, and may even become a place for exchanging information and the like. The tea house promises to be a safe place to all.

And for this particular gathering, Ayaka is not only serving tea, but also sake. It never hurts to make things more fun!


Konpeito, Truth, or Dare
🌸 All guests, upon entering, will be given a small clear glass container. They will also be presented with a giant bowl containing konpeito. They must take at least one, and as many as they could possibly want, and put it inside their own container. They are told not to eat any for now, but no one's really stopping them from doing so!

At some point during the occasion, a game is announced. Everyone is told to check their konpeito and count how many they have! Now, they must pick a partner and play a couple of rounds of truth or dare with them. Every time they get a turn, whether they pick truth or dare, they can eat a piece of candy! Or eat three or five at the same time Once they've had five rounds, though, then they have to choose another partner and start over until they've finished their konpeito bowls.

There is an added rule to the konpeitos, but not necessarily required to be followed! A white konpeito must have a truth or dare related to family, green for a "favourite", yellow for love or sex, orange for childhood or childlike-ness, and pink for "hate".

Ringo (Ayaka's Eevee) and Taroumaru will be watching people and make sure they aren't cheating! Though sometimes, they may not be looking, and can even be bribed with snacks. Participants who can finish their konpeito in an hour (which we'll conveniently handwave) will receive a box of sakura mochi to take home.


Introduction Bingo
🌸 Guests are given bingo cards to fill up at some point during the afternoon! Pens are also provided, or if they have their own, then that's cool!

Participants may put someone's name twice on any of the squares, but more than that, and it won't count. The objective is to get a blackout by filling out names of people who fit the description! How one does this is completely up to them. They could even slip it into their conversations during the truth or dare games, or just randomly walk up to people and ask them things.


Two Twists and a Lie
🌸 A card is given to participants for them to write two truths and one lie on it, then they have to pin or stick it to the back of their clothing. When someone wants to play, they must first challenge you to a game of janken. If you win, you get to turn the game around and guess which is the lie on their card. If they win, then they're entitled to one guess! If they get it wrong, you have to play janken again.

So, what happens when the person gets it right? The person can now make a rule that the other person has to follow. Whether it means they have to call you "Master", end all their sentences with "yes, please", or some other rule that you can think of! And in case you can't think of anything, there's a box nearby with cute props that you can make the loser wear: cat ears, a cat tail, bunny ears, a bunny tail, a raccoon kigurumi, and some goofy glasses.

Orange. That is meant to represent childhood, correct? [ Well, in that case there seems like a more logical choice. ] I will give you a truth.

[ If she's falling all over again, the look of sheer surprise and joy on Ayaka's face is enough to weaken even the most steeled of hearts. So much so that having her step up with a pep in her step throws him completely off guard when she embraces him once again. As a reflex, Cloud's body stiffens slightly, but it's for but a fleeting second before he's already succumbing. Keeping his hand upon the bingo card, that wasn't going to stop her beau from wrapping his arms around her! No one else is around this specific area- she's right. ]

Could be a version of us out there like in the movie after all.

[ And because nobody was around in this specific area, Cloud was going to make sure she knew how much she was loved. She was going to know how much he missed her, oh-so-gently swaying with her in his arms as if they were dancing to nothing at all. If only for a moment. ]

Who do you think I learned it from? [ A beat. ] You left some for me too.

[ He's not ready to let go of her yet, despite giving her a light squeeze in his arms, he continues to hold her in an embrace as he asks her softer, ]

You have a good time?

Eager already for another?

[ There's a small nod in thanks before he takes another sip. ]

[The Tepig gladly lets Shez take it, but when it sees Taroumaru and Ringo run off to discipline the next cheater it struggles and squeals.]

Ah, sorry, I think he wants to run around with the others..!

[While Shez (presumably) sets it down, Hijikata takes out his bingo sheet.]

Is Shez your only name?

[That's be a rare field to fill out!]

[He seems to like (or at least not dislike) the mayonnaise... that puts a smile on Hijikata's face.]

If I hadn't met people like you before, I'd be really bewildered. Once you get used to city comforts it's hard to give them up again.

[Then again it's not like he didn't spend the warm half of the year living in a tent on Avalon, and his autumn/winter hut was really remote and lonely! But at least he had his ghost subordinates for company. (Naturally he wouldn't want any ghosts around him here where he can't see them anymore; that'd be too spooky!)]

But back to the tea. Aether takes a bamboo scoop.]

You're using this and scooping some of the tea. One scoop is enough. [He demonstrates.] Then you're adding hot water... [He pours the water into the cup.] And then finally you're using a whisk to mix it. [He shows off a bamboo whisk and mixes the contents of the cup. Small bubbles start appearing on the surface of the tea.] If you see the bubbles it means that the tea is ready.

[And with that the demonstration is completed!]

This is a basic way of doing it. For something more complicated we would need the owner's help. She's a master of tea.

The art of tea ceremony is very important in Inazuma, however. I do not think I could teach anyone that here, given the limited space, but I would be happy to teach you how to brew all kinds of tea.

Ah, not really. But Ayato and I have many similarities, don't we? To think that I have been put on your square when the quality fits him, too!

[Of course, seeing Shez make that gesture, Byleth assumed that was what both of them were to do, so he mimicked him to, yes, make a fingerheart - just in time for the flash.

The photograph: two guys wearing cute raccoon kigurumi, standing close together, their cheeks almost touching to both be in the photograph together, making fingerhearts. All that was needed was a heart and sparkles filter overlaid the top of it and it'd be like any cutesy photo taken on a date.

As they both pulled away from each other, Byleth immediately tried snooping on Shez's phone to get a glimpse of the photo, while asking:] So, what was that gesture?

[ Poor Chipp... At this point, Nen's dragged him around to meet no less than three people. Ayato makes number four--and that is a very special number simply because it is Ayato. They've told Chipp (and thus, softehosue in general) no shortage of stories about the trips they've had with him.

It also helped explain the snow-bones they keep in the freezer which is a totally normal thing to do.

Chipp's tall and has his usual helmet on, so it doesn't take long for Nen to find their perfect beau and tug him over (again). ]

Ayato! This is my beau--this is Chipp! Chipp, this is Ayato--he's the sex champion with the super-fast sword.

[ actual sword. Not....y'know. his donger. ]

I had some water from my water bottle and a little bit of tea. I also ate an "egg sandwich." It is not made from eggs,but it is made with eggs! They were tangy and slimy.

[ Thanks to the mayonnaise. But it was a new experience and they look to be having a great time in general with the whole thing. They've even managed to meet a few new people. ]

Do you want to play the games? I can ask you truths and dares and play bingo, but I do not want to play the lying game.

[ He takes a quick moment to secure his grip on her legs, shift around a bit for a better feel of her weight and yeah, he's ready! ]
