When Tartaglia begins serving the food, it is impossible to miss how Ayaka's expression brightens. He's cooked for her before, in a way to get to know him better and break the ice between them. Weird as it looked with the tentacles, it was good! The ones that are served now are different though— much more appetising in appearance. Especially the purple dish!

Being the eldest daughter to the Kamisato Clan and her service to the people of Inazuma, she wishes she wasn't treated as someone special in comparison to others. She's just Ayaka, after all! But for a piece of herself— not as the Shirasagi Himegimi— that she shared with Tartaglia over a conversation they had months ago to be considered for their get-together now... it feels different.
