[Flynn steps forward and he kind of stops talking and blocks out what he was hearing from Hijikata, trusting him to be able to back him up. He quietly concentrated gathering the wind around the fire, pushing the flames together. After a moment he encased the fire in wind and pressed his hands together as the wind circled it.

After a moment, the flame went out inside. Flynn held it like that for a while.]
