Alright, these guys are ordinary drug dealers. This isn't exactly a warehouse-sized operation yet, so the good news is that the lab and storage are both in the same building, the boss' house. It's in a pretty nice residential area in Stormreach, that's why it took me a while to find - without getting into the boss' good graces I'd never have guessed that location, all the less because they take the stuff out in small doses rather than having shady cars come and go.

This is the lab, and these are the storage rooms. If you can take some good photos, that should be enough to bust the asshats. The only issue is that security is really tight, so you'll have to slip in and out with me and a "colleague" - the boss never lets us come onsite alone. Not sure why, because if we wanted to pocket some of the stuff for ourselves we could always cover each other's ass - and even then the cameras would catch us. Anyway, the point is, they won't catch you.
