Of course Eren remembers Hakkai. That vending machine incident was too vivid not to remember. But…okay, technically they don't really know each other. He's not about to correct that. Having some familiarity might be better than none.

He remembers Hakkai telling him to clean up the vending machine. Maybe he'll be fine at giving instructions.

"I've made cookies a couple of times," he says, which is hopefully reassuring. Of course he's new at baking and he's never done it blindfolded, but it can't be too hard, right?

He ties on the blindfold. Nearby is the table full of ingredients and kitchen things like mixing bowls. Nothing is hidden from them. That won't mean this isn't a challenge, though.

"I hope they gave you a recipe or something."
