That is the problem.

[He snaps his fingers, a flame dancing over his fingers.] She's getting good at releasing the flame, but when it comes to precision, she's lacking, and that is the tricky thing about fire.

Wind, earth, water, these things all have margin for error. Get in the way of an attack, its bad, but that is being in the way of the attack.

[He sends the flame to a nearby tree, and the fire catches on the bark and starts to spread.] Fire spreads. Fire scorches if you're too close even if you are not in the way. Especially with the fire power she's working with.

[He twirls his hand and the fire pulls away from the bark and then zooms over to Wukong, stopping to flicker in front of his face and then around him, never getting close enough to burn before fizzling out in the air.]

Fire is difficult to use when you're fighting with others because it is very easy to burn your allies as much as your enemies. Its easy to be powerful with fire. Its hard to be precise. To only burn what you want to burn.
