I don't know if counts as attacking. I just got the last of them things and I undid the knot on the stone, yeah? Then one really big one swam by head and stopped moving. This bugger was big, I mean -

[ He raised his arm. ]

- he was about as thick as me neck, right? And just a little bit past me elbow in terms of length. Then, I dunno, something must have startled him but he freaked out and slapped me head so hard that the goggles were knocked out. So I had to shut me eyes tight, but on top of that he got me right in the ear!

So me head was proper fucked, I couldn't see, and I was hearing ringing in one side, so yanked on what I thought was the lifeline but it was this weird slimy kind of thing, and I pulled as hard as I could but I ended up pulling myself into a sharp stone or something but -

[ He paused, voice getting raspy but the recounting of events is helping with generating heat and warmth. ]

- but it pierced the suit. Then the damn thing got stuck, and water started rushing in so, as you can imagine, it was cold as a witch's tit! Pardon my language. So then I rushed up as fast as I could, all the while hoping my balls don't freeze and fall off, and the rest is history.

So all in all, not the worst diving experience, but I am going to definitely comeback and get even with that bastard.
