Mamoru has arranged a birthday party to celebrate his fiancee, Usagi Tsukino. It's held at Moondrop, in the space that can be rented for private use. While there have been invitations sent out, anyone who is passing by is welcome to join the festivities, as both Usagi and Mamoru love meeting new people anyway.
There's a big strawberry cake as the birthday cake, but a lot of smaller cakes and snacks, like macarons and cupcakes in various flavors and colors. There's also plenty of refreshing drinks. The decorations are flower arrangements made in Moondrop.
