[ it took kaveh a full morning to convince himself that going out could be good for him and that a change of scenery would help him, but as soon as he set foot in nightwake he started for his tried and true source of comfort... a bar. ]

[ he took his usual seat which earned him a greeting from the bar tender, who immediately began showering him in questions about his whereabouts the past week, since kaveh was a regular. he tried his best to avoid the small talk, but there wasn't really anywhere he could run, especially when he was currently trying to drown himself in liquor. ] Busy. [ he started. ] Working. [ he added. ] ...the usual. [ he rounded it out with, adding as much of a smile as he could manage. ]

[ that seemed to do the trick, because he was finally about to get the buzz he wanted in peace. eventually, he left, moving across the street to take a seat on the bench. hopefully now he could enjoy the gReAT oUtDOoRs. ]
