WHO: Kaveh, Shigeru, & YOU.
WHAT: Paint & Pour.
WHEN: April 2nd.
WHERE: Spring Segment, Prism Lake
WARNINGS: Drunk Painting.


[ kaveh decided to set up the paint & pour on the shores of prism lake, because a beautiful landscape seemed like something that artists of all skill level could enjoy creating. not to mention, it's also something that probably wouldn't suffer too much if/when guests inevitably started getting tispy. ]

[ there are three canopy tents framing the lake and, unsurprisingly, the first of which has all manner of art supplies: canvases, easels, and paints. the second has an assortment of delicious snacks made by shigeru and the third, final, and likely most anticipated has the wine. there are at least a dozen bottles, each labeled with the segment and shop it came from, because kaveh absolutely went around with the intention of helping them promote their business. ]

[ it's not a complete lie!
everybody wins!! ]


( ooc; feel free to assume that your character received an invitation from either kaveh or shigeru. it IS open to the public though, so if your character is strolling by and so much as makes eye contact with either of them, then they'll likely get dragged into the fun. anyway! bring your own top level~! )

[ Shigeru startles, almost dropping his pencil in the process, when Alhaitham calls out to him like that. And then...the blushing starts, sorry Alhaitham this is just how he be. He might look away before nodding, turning his half-finished product for the other to see. And it's...absolutely gorgeous?! Alhaitham is done in a perfect portrait-styled drawing and the surrounding area is slowly coming together as well. Shigeru looks flustered though, not really expecting anyone to actually want to see his work?! ]

It's not finished yet! Do...you like it? [ Shigeru will write on a separate sheet of paper and hold it up for the other to read. ]

[ Alhaitham may have a very poor eye for art, both self-confessed and exclaimed by a very frustrated Kaveh, but he can tell technical accuracy at least. His gaze flickers over the drawing, then to the sheet of paper, reading it for a moment before nodding. ]

It looks good. The detail work is impressive.

[ Shigeru is easily flustered at the best of times. But a hot guy complimenting his drawings is just too much for him!! #gaypanicintensifies

He smiles as he writes something with a gloved hand. ] Thank you for saying so. It helps when the landscape and model are pretty much perfect!

[ He totally just wrote that. He just wrote that, as he looks away and his face goes entirely red. ] I mean it's just that...you were really good at modeling!!! [ ]

[ He's fairly sure there's a double meaning behind that 'perfect,' given the way the other man flusters in front of him, but Alhaitham doesn't seem to mind it. He looks amused, if anything. ]
