Reiner looks over at Aymeric, considering his words. Then, nodding, he turns back to the figure.
"Lie."
There's a sound like glass cracking. On Reiner's side of the mindscape, a fissure forms in the sky, an ominous red light seeping through.
The figure shakes his head and moves away, leaving Reiner standing still and stunned. Knowing he made the wrong choice.
