As for me, somethin' plain 'n simple, I think. Homestyle somethin' or other. Seafood diner, maybe?
Could do it up with driftwood 'n dried marsh grasses, big ol' fake gators... somethin' real cheesy like that. Tourists, they eat that shit up back home.
