[ the force with which childe shoves his hand into kaveh sweeps him right off his feet. he's suspended in air for the few seconds that he's grabbing a hold of the main ghosts, but once its torn out and disintegrated he crumples to the floor in a heap. the other ghosts immediately scatter, the one in the sword too, which leaves the weapon to clatter uselessly to the ground. ]

[ it takes a few moments, but kaveh does eventually start to come to. he sits up, bracing himself on one shaky hand while the other goes to his chest as he starts to cough, thick globs of ectoplasm heaved onto the pavement in front of him. his head is throbbing and he feels like he'd just been pulled in a thousand different directions. ]

Tartaglia? [ he looks up, his voice hoarse. ] Tartaglia! Behind you! [ it seems like the ghosts didn't didn't spook off, but have instead decided to take a different approach, because there's a big stone knight swinging his big stone sword at childe. ]
