Not precisely, no. The, ah, gods of this world keep Corruption out of Trench as much as possible. But it's not safe, not really.
Depending on when this is, Corruption could be fairly low, and thus... fewer Beasts.
[It's a market street, now. Looking pretty normal, if not for the gothic architecture and all.]
