Oh, she's working her way back up! She only lost most of it, and she's working on building her magic power back up. She's really a genius, so I wouldn't be surprised if she ends up stronger than she was before she lost it! I really admire her drive and dedication, you know? She really inspired me to push past my limits both in the Grand Magic Games and when I was briefly in Lamia Scale. Charla's like a sister to me, so I don't feel bad saying that Chelia's my best friend.
