The kiss seemed to poof him back to human form at least. He blinked and looked around.

"Huh? Oh. I'm human again," He said touching his dress. Still a princess though. That didn't break the whole of whatever was going on here. He looked at Rinku and frowned.

"We need to get you out of here though. It is so very cramped." As if answering his words, the shadows deepened under Rinku. Another shadow portal appeared and they both fell through it. Only to land in the lake outside.

At least it wasn't cramped out here.
