Closed waking log
WHO: Mobei-Jun and Shang Qinghua
WHAT: Post event shenanigans
WHEN: Just after the last event
WHERE: Winter, their home
WARNINGS: Nothing at the moment, will edit if needed
Mobei-Jun had waited all of five seconds after the nurse had stated his human should wake soon before simply willing them back to their little home. No need to show the rampage of the hospital room he'd gone on while the damned human had been unconscious.
At least this time he'd had something to cling to.
But even when he brings them back to their current little home,, he doesn't set the human down on the bed. Nope. Not good enough. He cradles the smaller form in his lap, staring intently (glaring, really, but Shang Qinghua might note a bit of frantic worry in his eyes) down at the man's face. Hopefully his hold isn't too rough...!
Good luck getting him to let go anytime soon.

At least waking up wasn't quite as jarring, slowly coming to consciousness instead of going from one location to another in a blink. He groaned, opening his eyes slowly before abruptly freezing with a squeak. Because no matter how much he'd missed having his king
protectinglooming over him, that didn't make immediately seeing his glare any less heart racing!"My king?" he asked, voice small as he noticed more things. Like the fact that he was in Mobei-Jun's lap.

They hadn't told him just how his
hamsterhuman had come to have lightning burns. And that had nearly had him destroy them all. No one hurts his human. The squeak is a balm to his frozen soul and his glare eases just a little. Not that he loosens his hold even a little, of course. The set to tense shoulders also relaxes infinitesimally.
"Don't do that again," he growls instead of anything 'nice'. What? For him, this is fussing!

He nodded quickly at the order, swallowing. Was he allowed to get up? He wasn't really sure. "If it helps, this servant didn't try to this time?" Shang Qinghua defended lightly. "I would have told my king if I'd intended to join the experiment!"
He tried to sit up slowly. You know, before he was dumped out of Mobei's lap. Because while the burns had healed, they were still a little tender. Like a sun burn. And wouldn't feel good hitting the floor.

And no. No getting up. Mobei-Jun's arms tighten around the human and the glare ramps back up at the very idea of his silly human trying to wiggle free. He'd gotten a good look at those burns, after all.
But apparently the abrupt loss of consciousness hadn't been intentional. Shang Qinghua knows better than to lie to him, and even suspicious, he can see the honesty in it. So he dismisses it in favor of moving a hand to cover the worst of the burns.
A silent demand to explain. Immediately.

"This servant talked to other people in the meta, and there were others who were just minding their own business before being pulled in too. And I guess the safeties failed too..." He looked up at him, biting his lip. "But don't worry, my king. I'll be back in shape in no time!"
